WHO WE ARE
We are a 501-c3 non-profit organization that provides recreational fishing opportunities for all people physically challenged regardless of their age, race, gender, or disability. FHNB has grown into a National Organization with 27 chapters in 13 states, enabling thousands of individuals with disabilities to participate fully in this uplifting, morale boosting, recreational activity.
In the spirit of our FHNB National Organization, the Great Lakes Milwaukee Chapter provides an opportunity for those physically challenged with disabilities to safely fish Lake Michigan. This year we have scheduled our "Big Fish Event" for Saturday August 29th, 2020. The fishing season will be in full swing with a great opportunity for a chance to catch a memorable Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout or native Lake Trout!

To enhance the lives of participants with camaraderie and lasting friendships thru FHNB events. We believe through education, training, and the use of adaptive angling equipment, everyone is able to participate in the sport of fishing. "Most of us think that going fishing is as easy as a walk down to a lake. For over 56 million Americans with disabilities, it's just not that easy.
Fishing Has No Boundaries Inc., mission is to provide a positive fishing experience, education and social networking to people with disabilities.
"The generosity of FHNB makes it possible for me to continue fishing. I may have lost the use of my legs but I've learned through this organization the opportunities that exist on the water."
"Wonderful job with those kids that need us and people from various places all over the city. The thrill of watching someone catch a salmon is a real rush. I will definitely join your group as a volunteer."
